Your Home Is My Business — Literally

Some people stumble into real estate. I did not. In 2003, armed with a fresh license, an ambitious handshake, and a slightly overconfident attitude, I dove headfirst into one of the most unpredictable industries known to humankind — and never looked back. (Well, maybe once. The market in 2008 was humbling.)

Over two decades later, I have helped buyers find their dream homes, helped sellers find buyers willing to pay for those dreams, guided investors who treat spreadsheets like love letters, navigated lease agreements for renters who just want a decent place to keep their houseplants alive, supported landlords who are learning that “passive income” is a very optimistic term, and tackled commercial deals that required approximately three lawyers, two espressos, and a firm belief in miracles.

In short: if it involves real estate, I have probably done it, survived it, and have a story about it.
